He has directed music videos for the likes of Moby, Katy Perry, Drake, Rihanna and Lana Del Ray, and now Yoann Lemoine, who goes by the name “Woodkid,” is developing his talent in front of the camera. The director-turned-signer/songwriter set French charts on fire in 2011 with his first EP “IRON.” In February, he came out with “The Golden Age,” his first album featuring “IRON” and his other hit “Run Boy Run.”

This month, Lemoine will bring his mix of futuristic classical and aggressive pop music to the Regency Ballroom on October 24th. Adding tour dates to an already busy video production schedule, Lemoine will also be appearing at the Montreux festival, and in Paris at the Grand Rex, the Eiffel Tower and the Olympia.
