Some of the most iconic looks in French fashion history come from films, particularly those of the Nouvelle Vague of the 1950s and 60s. So French influencer Camille Yolaine partnered with ParisianVibe to look at four classic outfits from French cinema that you should add to your spring wardrobe.

Inspirations include Catherine Deneuve’s tan trench coat from The Umbrellas of Cherbourg and Jeanne Moreau’s red turtleneck in L’Amour l’aprè-midi. Watch Yolaine stroll around the 8th arrondissement and model gorgeous sustainable outfit pieces inspired by these vintage looks.

When you’re done, if you need more inspiration, check out our list of the most iconic French fashion moments in film, or our guide to dressing like French style icons.
