Talk about a dream vacation. In the latest edition of Klossy’s Kitchen, American supermodel Karlie Kloss takes us through a French market to prepare ingredients for a delicious French meal, that she cooks for her friends on a yacht off the coast of Southern France.
And okay, so her chef friend Matthieu does most of the actual shopping and cooking, while she’s more of a taste-tester and joke-maker. But she’s a supermodel, so we’ll let that slide.
In the video, chef Matthieu helps Kloss make a perfect summer dish: sea bass carpaccio, with lots of fresh greens and lemon zest for a summery flavor. Technically, carpaccio was invented by the Italians, but the French have made the dish their own.
