Pinknic Brings a Weekend of Rosé to Governors Island

This summer, think pink. For the rosé-drinker and pastel-lover’s answer to Diner en Blanc, the all-white dinner secret dinner party, there’s Pinknic, an two-day party in honor of rosé.

On June 30 and July 1, 2018, guests are invited to venture (on a complimentary ferry) to Governors Island for live music, a ferris wheel, and lots of rosé, frosé, and pink champagne. The mood is lively, and with a food court, pool, and music going all day long, Pinknic feels like a festival. Fireworks will close out the event at the end of the night.

For 2018, the food court will expand to include more culinary options from NYC establishments, as well as some crafty cocktails. Unlike Diner en Blanc where you bring your own supplies, your Pinknic ticket covers the cost of your gear. With your ticket, you’ll get a Pinknic blanket, wine glass, and tote bag to carry it all.

Wearing pink (or white) is mandatory, and you must be 21 years old to attend. Buy tickets here.
