The NBA Heads To Paris In 2020

French basketball fans and will not want to miss out on this one. On Friday, January 4, 2020, Paris will host the first regular-season NBA game on French soil, at the AccorHotels Arena. The announcement follows rumors reported by L’Équipe in February about two NBA games being held in the French capital.

The two teams facing off in the match-up are the Charlotte Hornets and the Milwaukee Bucks. The game be presented and broadcast by beIN SPORTS.

It’s possible to sign up on the NBA website to receive information on ticket pre-sales and various other offers related to NBA matches in Europe. According to L’Equipe, tickets will not be available until September.

You have to go back to 2010 to an NBA game in Paris. The last match was between the Minnesota Timberwolves and New York Knicks, as part of the NBA Europe Live, a series of matches between American league teams played outside the United States.
