The Best Croissant Contest is coming back to New York in 2025! More than 500 of you attended our last competition in 2023. For this third edition, we invite you to join us once again at 5th & Mad in Manhattan, on Saturday, April 5, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
For those of you who haven’t yet heard of our Best Croissant competitions, here’s a sneak preview: on the day of the event, the finalist bakeries will be on hand with booths for you to taste their best products. You’ll have access to a buffet of jams, charcuterie, and cheese to accompany your tasting. Once you’ve enjoyed your croissants, you’ll have the chance to vote for your favorite, to help decide the Prix du Public. A jury of professionals will also be on hand to blind-taste the croissants from all the bakeries, in order to award the Grand Prix for Best Croissant in New York.
