This inaugural competition will take place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at the restaurant Ricardas, where the best bakeries in the Toronto area will gather to present their viennoiseries and baguettes.
Attendees can go from stand to stand, trying croissants, baguettes, and other delicious specialties, and vote for the People’s Choice Award. A jury of professionals will also be present: after a blind taste test of all products, they will award the Grand Prize.
