From timeless classics to the latest trends, from iconic brands to contemporary designers, from stiletto heels to sneakers, the department will showcase the broadest selection of shoes in the world, with almost 200 brands, ranging from affordable to luxury, and including many exclusive offers. Designed by architect Bernard Dubois, this uniquely creative setting is intended to inspire visitors with the pleasure of discovery, against the backdrop of a breathtaking view of Parisian rooftops and the recently restored Dome. Three years after launching the Go for Good label, Galeries Lafayette is doubling down on its commitment to responsible shopping by inaugurating THE GALERIES LAFAYETTE (RE)STORE on Boulevard Haussmann, the new Parisian venue dedicated to second-hand and responsible fashion, from affordable to luxury. In partnership with key players in the second-hand, vintage and responsible design sector – Monogram, Personal Seller, CrushON, Relique, Culture Vintage, Salut Beauté, Patine, and more – this new department on the 3rd floor of the Coupole store reveals a broad selection of unique items, in all styles and at all prices, with responsible products as well as innovative second-hand services specialising in vintage and pre-loved articles.

To celebrate this reincarnation, in September 2021 Galeries Lafayette will unveil its new advertising territory, designed together with renowned advertising agency DDB Paris. An ode to joy and optimism, as well as to its historical positioning as a popular department store, the new campaign showcases a joyful, creative and sustainable department store that remains true to its heritage.

This autumn, more than ever before, Galeries Lafayette will embody THE DEPARTMENT STORE FOR ALL.
