After Thanksgiving, you’ll have to get into the spirit of the holidays right away… and get started on your gift hunting. The French-speaking Protestant Church in Washington, Eglise Protestante Francophone de Washington DC, knows this well, and will therefore be organizing their first Francophone Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 1st, starting at 10am.French-speaking Protestant Church in Washington

Visitors are certain to find a few good gifts among the stands of books, jewelry, toys, and artisanal goods. The items for sale come from all over the French-speaking world (Burkina Faso, Madagascar, France…). And if you leave empty-handed, you certainly won’t be able to say the same thing for your stomach. Several restaurateurs will offer African dishes, French pastries and pastries, quiches and pasta in food stands on location.
