[Sponsored Article] Dallas International School is the premier private international school in Dallas-Fort Worth for grades EC2 through 12. Once again this year, the school is organizing its charity gala on the theme of Portugal.
An international program recognized by the French government
Through its international curricula and instruction in multiple languages, DIS educates children to become global citizens who are critical thinkers and collaborate with others to contribute to the advancement of humanity. DIS is accredited by the French Ministry of Education, authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, and is a member of NAIS, ISAS, CASE, TAPPS, and AFSA.

A Portugal-themed gala
The theme of the annual gala auction is Portugal. DIS is incredibly excited about celebrating the beauty and culture of the Portuguese cities and can’t wait to share with you the auction items and events it has in store.
The gala is the school’s largest fundraiser. They need your help and generous contributions in order to continue to enhance the quality of education and experiences their students receive. Proceeds from the gala will be used to support projects and initiatives not covered by tuition. This year those projects include, but are not limited to:
- Upgrading the Churchill Campus playgrounds to create engaging interactions for students and increase their enjoyment and physical activity.
- Renovating and enhancing the soccer and track field at the Waterview Campus, from surface upgrades to lighting and bleachers.
Sponsors of the gala help to underwrite the events of the evening, and give something extra to the school and students. DIS thanks you immensely for your generosity, and hopes to see you for a night of elegance, entertainment, and fun on April 5, 2025, at the JW Marriott Hotel in Dallas.
