Jeanne Damas’s Brand Rouje Opens Its First U.S. Pop-up in L.A.

It’s the epitome of French-girl style, Parisian cool and South of France summer vacation vibes. What other brand could we be talking about besides Rouje?

Model, author, entrepreneur and French it-girl Jeanne Damas’s brand Rouje is opening its first U.S. pop-up shop in Platform, a culture/retail space in Los Angeles, from April 5 to June 30. Almost exclusively sold online, the brand offers chic womenswear at moderate prices. Items are often sold out for weeks at a time, only to be brought back and quickly sell out again.

A selection of ready-to-wear items, accessories, and make-up from the spring/summer collection will be available for purchase at the Culver City store. The pop-up is a great chance for Los Angelenos to discover the brand, figure out their size (so as to confidently buy more online) and avoid hefty international shipping costs.

Why Los Angeles for the brand’s first American pop-up? “Rouje is the very essence of life à la Parisienne, that’s for sure. But there is another city that echoes Rouje’s nonchalant values: Los Angeles,” details the website.

If you can’t get to Culver City for the pop-up, the brand just joined the Galeries Lafayette family and now has a small section in the Boulevard Haussmann department store in Paris.
