Generally, when you see a pretty blonde French girl on TV, it’s safe to assume she’s either a pop singer or an indie actress Quentin Tarantino has decided to make famous. You’re probably not expecting her to be, of all things, a magician.
But France has a surprising illusionist crossover star in the form of Léa Kyle, who blew minds this week on America’s Got Talent, where a panel of judges including Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, Howie Mandel, and Simon Cowell, had trouble masking their amazement. To a soundtrack of Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande’s “Rain on Me,” Kyle performed a series of dramatic quick-changes, transforming into eleven dazzling outfits in under two minutes.
The bordelaise performer studied fashion before realizing that haute couture was just a path towards her true calling of Quick Change, which she has mastered and shown off on shows like Fool Us and France’s Got Talent.
