This weekend’s Maison St-Germain pop-up floral installation, created by Manscapers NY, is one of the most Instagram-worthy things you’ll ever see.
The proof is in the party. At the VIP opening, throngs of influencers, media and models clamored for limited lighting to get the perfect shot under the canopy of living elderflowers. Installed in Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse, Maison St-Germain celebrates the liqueur’s floral roots.
Now in it’s third year, the annual pop-up, which presents a different installation every year, exists and is open to the public for just one weekend. The meadow of 1,000 handpicked elderflowers, which together with the live grass covering weighs 12 tons, is suspended from the ceiling of the warehouse, allowing visitors to walk beneath the hanging blooms. When the exhibit closes, all florals will be donated to the New York charity GreenThumb, which supports community gardens.

Enjoy the installation (and take pictures!) from Friday, June 21, to Sunday, June 23, between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Entry is free and all visitors receive a golden token, redeemable for a complimentary St-Germain Spritz at local restaurants, including Romana, Sauvage, Magazine, Elder Greene, and Threes @ Franklin + Kent.
