Harissa sauce is particularly useful for spicing up your main dishes, meats, eggs, and more. To get the flavor so spicy, this hot sauce is made from vegetables, and chili powder mixed with coriander, cumin, and garlic. Fairly strong, it’s important to start with a little bit of harissa and work your way up, both so you don’t waste any, and so steam doesn’t come out your ears from the heat!
