Recent Condé Nast acquisition Pitchfork Media has announced the set times for its return to the Grande Halle de la Villette for this year’s Pitchfork Music Festival Paris, along with a club night co-sponsored by the Red Bull Music Academy.
Next Thursday’s main show will be headlined by Beach House, with Deerhunter and Godspeed You! Black Emperor, while Friday will feature Four Tet, Radiohead’s Thom Yorke, and Battles at the top of the bill. The festival will finish on Saturday with Spiritualized and Ratatat, followed by a club night with French electronic pioneer Laurent Garnier, Hudson Mohawke, and John Talbot going back-to-back with Roman Flügel.
Three-day passes are already sold out (unless you want to bundle one with hotel accommodations for a hefty fee), but day passes are still available, as well as tickets for the festival’s opening night soirée and Thursday and Friday’s after parties. It promises to be akin to new publishing mate The New Yorker‘s festival, only significantly louder and with far fewer words.
