Maison Kayser Opens a New Location at Hudson Yards

When one door closes, another one opens. After shuttering both its Washington D.C. locations in the middle of August, the French bakery Maison Kayser opened a new location in New York in the shiny development of Hudson Yards.

The new West Side location, at 55 Hudson Yards, between 34th and 35th streets and just by the 7 train stop, features a bakery, coffee counter, sit-down café, to-go food, and outdoor seating.

This is the 17th location for Maison Kayser, which opened its first U.S. location in 2012 after over a decade of success in France and abroad.

The bakery serves award-winning breads (Best Baguette 2016 and 2019), pastries, sandwiches, salads and ice cream in addition to coffee, tea and juices. Classic French dishes — and weekend brunch — are available in the sit-down cafe.

Maison Kayser joins a slew of other French establishments that are already located in Hudson Yards.
