The Biggest Raclette Party Ever in the U.S. is Happening on January 19 in New York

A plate of food on a table

Ah, the smell of melted cheese, the happiness of spending an evening with friends around a raclette machine… do you know that feeling? If you do, then you know exactly why we decided to organize the largest raclette party in the United States (yes, we did check). And if you don’t know the warm, cozy, happy feeling of being surrounded by great people, surrounding a skillet of melting cheese… then it’s time you found out.

Raclette is on the rise in the United States, and it’s time to celebrate. With our friends from Interval, who are providing the cheese, French Morning (the parent company of Frenchly) is preparing a Saturday evening après-ski-without-the-skiing in the middle of Manhattan, at 5th&Mad. Live music, a cozy chalet setting, charcuterie, potatoes, and, of course, raclette, all in an intimate atmosphere with maybe a thousand friends…

The evening starts on Saturday, January 19, at 6pm for the first service. The second service is at 8:15pm. There are two types of tickets available:

-General Admission: raclette is served at a buffer. No reserved seating, but there’s a huge bar and buffets of charcuterie and potatoes. Our master fromagers will scrap the hot cheese onto your plates. Tickets are $20 (a few tickets are early bird for $15 but they’re going fast).

-Seated: for 2, 4, 6 or 8 people, seated with friends or to make new ones, you will be served at a table, gathered around a raclette machine. It’s $30 per person.
