Is there any song Aya Nakamura’s not featured on these days? Not even two weeks ago, we talked about her new music video ‘C’est Cuit’ with Major Lazer, and she’s back with a new music video for ‘Sans Moi.’
The track from French rapper Franglish centers on a back-and-forth between exes, with Franglish singing the part of the flirt trying to get back together, and Nakamura replying that it will never work out, and it’s better to just forget it. The video is shot in what looks like a public pool, with the tiles cracking the more Nakamura throws shade, saying that they were “broken” and “toxic.” It’s yet another bop Nakamura brings her scathing self-confidence and style to, and you won’t be able to get it out of your head after one listen.
The song comes off of Franglish’s album Vibe, released in July of this year.
