If you’re looking to have a Gouda time, don’t miss Fête des Fromages in New Orleans. The French-American Chamber of Commerce of the Gulf Coast region will present this dairy-filled festival on November 17th, at the New Orleans Jazz Museum at the U.S. Mint. Over 100 cheeses from various countries around the globe will be featured at the festival.

Beyond cheese tastings, the festival offers events such as a presentation on the history of cheese and cheese-making and cooking demonstrations with globally lauded chefs. Live music will be played throughout the event, and you are welcome to enjoy a beer, cider, or wine while you enjoy the festival. Cheese-related items will be available for purchase on Le Marché, the official online cheese-based shop.
