We just can’t get enough of this gem.

“Le fabuleux destin d’Amélie Poulain” (Or “Amélie”) will be shown in New York once again on August, 21st at the Seaport Film & Food Festival.

The concept: to discover foods from different countries (Taiwan, Sweden, Mexico and France) before offering a free film screening.

Food discovery will take place between 6pm and 7pm with the film being shown at 8pm.

Amélie, a young waitress in a bar in Montmartre (Paris), never tires of people watching and has given herself one goal: help those around her to be happy. She gets creative and invents a variety of plots to help them on their quest towards happiness.

The film will be shown in French with English subtitles.
