The French airline company Air France announced on September 13 the launch of a direct flight between the Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport in France and Dallas-Fort Worth airport in Texas

Air France will offer up to five weekly flights from March 31, 2019, and for the entire 2019 summer season. The new route will be operated by a 224-seat Airbus A330. Dallas is the 13th American destination served by the French airline from Paris, and the second in Texas after Houston.

“Dallas is the fourth largest urban area in the United States. Known as the ‘Big D,’ it’s home to one of the country’s largest industrial centers. … In terms of tourism and exploration, Dallas is not just a television series. It is also the real fiefdom of cowboys, where ranches and rodeos punctuate the region,” Air France explained in a press release.
