Paris Fashion Week is here again! Seems like just a few weeks ago that models were strutting down the catwalk showing off spring and summer haute couture designs. (They were!)
To kick off Fall/Winter ’17 Paris Fashion Week, France named designer Vera Wang a Chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur.
To celebrate, Wang showcased her latest collection with a documentary video dedicated to her love of Paris, where she spent time as a child and later in life as a dancer and figure skater.
“Paris has always been my special love,” says Wang, who narrated the video with a love letter to the city.
The video follows models across building rooftops and through ornate rooms showing off Wang’s gorgeous designs, whose gold accents and luxurious fabric are obviously inspired by the grandeur of France.
